Liberty Water, formerly operated as Litchfield Park Service Company (LPSCO), is a water and wastewater utility located in Maricopa County, Arizona, west of Phoenix, whose service area includes sections of the cities of Goodyear and Litchfield Park. Liberty Water presently serves over 16,000 water and wastewater customers, in a service area covering approximately 20 square miles.
