Proposed Rates

If the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC), approves Liberty Water's rate request the new rates would not go into effect until sometime in 2010. The following are new rates requested by Liberty Water. The ACC may approve these rates as requested or may recommend and approve a different rate increase.
